Privacy policy
What we collect, why, and how we look after it.
This policy explains how we handle your information, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you send a WhatsApp message, we receive what you choose to tell us: your name, your contact number, and the details of your accident and injuries.
When you browse the site, we collect basic, anonymous usage data through analytics, such as which pages are read and on what kind of device. This helps us improve the guides.
Why we collect it
We use your enquiry details for one purpose: to understand your situation and connect you with a licensed Malaysian law firm that can help.
We use analytics only to see which content is useful and where readers get stuck. We do not build advertising profiles.
Who we share it with
If you ask for help, we share your enquiry with the licensed law firm we work with, so a qualified advocate and solicitor can advise you.
We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to anyone else for marketing.
Analytics and cookies
We use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to count visits and page views. This may set a cookie or similar identifier.
We do not run advertising networks, retargeting pixels or third-party trackers. The site works whether or not you accept analytics.
Your rights under the PDPA
You may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop using it.
To make any of these requests, or to withdraw an enquiry, message us on WhatsApp and we will act on it.
Keeping your data safe
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to help you, and we take reasonable steps to protect them.
This policy may be updated as our practices or the law change, and the current version always lives on this page.
