How we decide what to publish, and how we keep it accurate.
Everything on this site is written to help a real person make a decision, not to fill a page with keywords.
Accuracy first
Every factual statement, a law, a deadline, a process, a place, is checked against a reputable source before we publish it, and the source is listed on the page.
We rely on primary sources: Malaysian statutes on the Attorney General’s Chambers portal, the courts, the police, the Malaysian Bar, and government bodies. Law-firm and media explainers are used only to confirm, never as the sole source.
No invented specifics
We do not publish invented statistics, compensation figures, success rates, client counts, reviews or credentials.
Where a compensation range is genuinely useful, we explain the factors that decide it rather than quoting a number, because the real figure depends on your medical evidence and the court’s assessment.
Plain language, real expertise
We write for a worried person on a phone, in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese, each drafted fresh rather than machine-translated.
The expertise shows in what we say, not in hard words. Where a legal term matters, we explain it once in plain words and link to the glossary.
Review and updates
Legal content is written to be reviewed by a qualified Malaysian advocate and solicitor, and pages carry the date they were last checked.
When the law changes or we find a better source, we update the page and note it. If you spot something that reads wrong, tell us on WhatsApp and we will check it.
Honesty about limits
We are an information resource, not a law firm, and we say so clearly. We also tell you when a route may not work for you, because that is information you can use.
